Trainings Conflict Prevention Skills Facilitation Skills Mediator Skills		Basic Conflict Prevention Techniques Why do some differences erupt into a dispute?  Why is it that a casual remark may ignite a conflict?  How can we avoid creating or escalating a conflict?  This workshop examines the anatomy of conflict, and some of the elements that can trigger a dispute.  Participants will learn different techniques for avoiding these triggers, and will have the opportunity to practice using these techniques within the workshop setting.
